I cannot say enough great things about Alstadt Plumbing Service! I had an emergency plumbing issue at Meadowood Apartments last night and contacted several plumbing companies. Alstadt was, by far, the most professional and responsive. Gavin was the plumber who came out, and he was absolutely fantastic. He arrived promptly, immediately assessed the problem, and literally had it fixed within about 10 minutes! He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and had such a positive attitude throughout the entire service call. After dealing with an emergency, having someone show up quickly, know exactly what they’re doing, and take care of the problem without hesitation makes all the difference. I contacted two other plumbing services as well, but after the experience I had with Alstadt and Gavin, I will never call another plumbing company again. They have definitely earned my business and my recommendation. Altstadt Hoffman did a fantastic job installing a new faucet to replace an old, leaking one. They also fixed my outside tap. Hardly any water was coming out if it. He had to install a new line, and now I have plenty of pressure at the tap. I thought it was a very reasonable price too, because it was a lot of work and time to fix the tap. They are professional, personable, and always do good work for me. I will always call them for all my plumbing needs.

I recently had a couple of high water bills. I assumed that perhaps I had a leak. When I looked in my crawl space I could see water dripping. I called all Altstadt Hoffman plumbing at 7:30 a.m. and they came by 8:30 a.m. They found the leak, made the repair, and I made my 10:00 a.m. Tee time. The guys were very courteous and knew exactly what to do. I would highly recommend them.

I’ve passed these guys dozens of times on my way to and from work on the highway. And let me tell you, these guys must always be on time because these boys HAUL ASS. This is not a complaint. I am impressed. The whole crew. Petal to the metal. When I see them, I know I might as well pull over and let them through. These guys drive with the same urgency as someone diffusing a bomb. I’ve never seen brake lights on any alstat vehicle. If I ever need an ambulance ride, I hope a former alstat driver is behind the wheel. Good work boys. 🫡🫡

This is only the second time ive used them but both times they were amazing!! I had a leak between my house and the meter and i called it in after hours and Quentin called me back in minutes diagnosed the issue had everything set up and since it could wait till morning, he was out exactly when he said and fixed the issue quickly and cleaned up the area perfectly! Can not say enough good things about Quentin and Kenny’s work!

Home Serve assigned Altstadt Hoffman for my slow drain problem. Was given 8:00 - 12:00 window. Travis called about 11 or so to say he was a little behind but showed up close to 12:00. Travis did a fine job and was very friendly. Would use their service anytime.
