We have been using Altstadt Plumbing for nearly 30 years, and have Never had a complaint. The service techs are friendly, efficient, and don’t waste time. Today we had a stopped up basement floor drain, and Trevor (I believe was his name) took care of it quickly, and had it draining good as new. 🙂

Had an issue with the dishwasher and faulty valve in which water kept running to the point we had to shut water off to the entire house. I called Altstadt at 10:00 am and the faulty valve was fixed by 12:30 pm. Cole was great and our "knight in shining armor" for the day! Thank you Altstadt!!!

For us it was a leaky pipe that prompted the need for a plumber. Altstadt had taken care of a plumbing need for us in the past, and we remembered how highly impressed we were with the work, so we called again. From the phone operator, to the prompt service, to the outstanding worker, Alstadt impressed again! I wish I'd written down the serviceman's name because he deserves a shout out - he went the extra mile. Bravo!

I can't recommend Altstadt's enough! They are courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and go the extra mile. My tankless water heater stopped working. Turns out there was a bird's nest (with eggs) in the exhaust pipe. They took extra care and even fashioned an alternate house for the nest out of extra PVC and hung it right below (AND then even made a little gate so she couldn't get back into the exhaust.) Fixed the water heater and saved a few little lives - not a bad days work. Nice job, guys!

I got a new hot water heater installed on 5/23/22. I have used them in the past and they did very good work. They responded the same day when I told them my hot water heater was out. The service person was very nice and polite. The next day I had to relight my pilot light. 3 days later I had to relight it again. It continued to be a problem. After some miscommunication with my phone number and me sending an email. They came and fixed the problem. The service technician even took the time to explain what he fixed and reminded me that it came with a warranty and that nothing brand new should have that many problems.

We had an issue with an outside water faucet needing repaired. Quinn came to do the repair work and did an excellent job! They ultimately had to cut into drywall inside the house, but they covered it with an access panel that looks nice. We really appreciated the quick response, professionalism and good work of Quinn.

Twas the night before Christmas when all thru my house there was moaning and groaning, my daughters and my spouse. No hot water Mr Man! What will you do?!. Call Alstadt Hoffman Plumbing and away worries flew! That is about the truth. Wife home after a surgery, Christmas around the corner and our water heater gave up after 15 years loyal service. They were so amazing! I called the night before because my toilets and bathtubs were backing up, they were at my house 1st thing in the morning, the gentlemen that showed up were very nice and professional and had my issue fixed within minutes! I highly recommend!

Customer service is great when you call in to the office. We had several problems with our toilet backing up and after three other people looking at our toilet and Andy Watson with Altstadt came out and did a great job.
