On a septic system and the drains kept backing up. 2 other companies came and just pumped the tank and cleared an obstruction in the input side of the tank. First time that lasted just 3-4 weeks, then the second company did the same thing, same result. I had a back up again and was able to get Altstadt Hoffman to my house at 700 PM on a Friday night, those 2 men suggested I have someone from their company come with a camera to see what was really wrong. They didn't pump the tank, just got rid of the obstruction. In light of the current world situation, I waited a few days, and called and Travis came out, the drain was backed up again. He looked over the situation, and asked if he could dig a hole in my yard and fix the problem. Heck yes! He was extremely knowledgeable, professional and hard working. He fixed the problem, and said I should have some more work done in a year or year and a half - guess who I am going to call!. I can't say enough about their professionalism, thoroughness and knowledge of septic systems.

I was originally assigned Nick’s Heating and Plumbing through American Home Shield. Thank God I had an awful experience and they reassigned us to Altstadt. We got Tim and he was absolutely amazing. Kind, personable, very understanding and accommodating. He went above and beyond to help us and wouldn’t rest until he figured it out and the issue is still ongoing but he is still helping us and I’m confident he will. Everyone I’ve talked to at this company is so friendly and very easy to work with. Would work with them any day and I’m so thankful I was assigned to them. Thank you Tim and thank you Altstadt!

Andy Watson was called to my home last night for a busted water line in my bathroom. He was so nice and showed me what he was repairing and made sure the line was fixed when the water Dept showed back up to turn the water on. Best around!

Before calling Alstadt I had reached out to several different plumbing companies to assist with a sewage issue at my place of employment. I was told by multiple companies that nothing could be done as there was not an issue. This morning Andy and his crew came out to to assess this issue and were fantastic. Excellent customer service. They were prompt and professional and got everything taken care of in just one visit. I am more than pleased with their knowledge and abilities.

Had tub/shower and toilet installed, garbage disposal, metal dryer vent, stainless steel hoses on washing machine, main shut off valve, etc. The guys were very professional, cleaned up nicely. Did a great job!

inoticed my sewere drain was full of water and i started to look for a plumber to call and i couldnt believe it there was a altstadt van in front of my house. i walked up to the van and there was a man eating his lunch, i asked him if he could give me an estimate. he introdced himself to me as Andy and he quit eating and took care of my promblem immediately. Andy was a God sent and ill always believe that. he was very nice and explained everything to me as he was working. you guys are very lucky to have a gentleman like Andy. ill always call altstadt plumbing for my needs thanks again Andy and Altstadt for being there. I had a kitchen drain line leak. Alstadt sent Dakota out to fix it. He was very courteous and professional. It took less than two hours including clean up. I would definitely use Alstadt again!
