We had a natural gas leak. When I called someone picked right up. The repair guy called to let me know they were a little early and asked if it was okay to come. They were quick, kind and very professional. Thank you Altstadt Hoffman Plumbing!!

Trevor came out and found leak and worked with my Home serv water line insurance that we purchased through water dept. and did a fantastic job. the repair men Cole and Calob did a wonderful job with repair and treated our house and my wife and I with respect. Cole and Calob worked well together and were fast and efficient. very courteous men. we have used Alstadt plumbing in the past and will hire them again definitely.

Called needing a diagnosis on whether a leak was coming from our old fridge or the water line going into the fridge. Turns out it was in fact our old fridge. The plumber was able to hook the line into our new fridge without issues. (This was all after Buds plumbing came out and told us there was nothing they could do to stop the leaking and giving us a quote ($2100-$5400). I would recommend Altstadt to someone over Buds plumbing ANY DAY! We will be using Altstadt for all future needs!

We have been using Altstadt Plumbing for nearly 30 years, and have Never had a complaint. The service techs are friendly, efficient, and don’t waste time. Today we had a stopped up basement floor drain, and Trevor (I believe was his name) took care of it quickly, and had it draining good as new. 🙂

Had an issue with the dishwasher and faulty valve in which water kept running to the point we had to shut water off to the entire house. I called Altstadt at 10:00 am and the faulty valve was fixed by 12:30 pm. Cole was great and our "knight in shining armor" for the day! Thank you Altstadt!!!

For us it was a leaky pipe that prompted the need for a plumber. Altstadt had taken care of a plumbing need for us in the past, and we remembered how highly impressed we were with the work, so we called again. From the phone operator, to the prompt service, to the outstanding worker, Alstadt impressed again! I wish I'd written down the serviceman's name because he deserves a shout out - he went the extra mile. Bravo!

I can't recommend Altstadt's enough! They are courteous, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, on-time and go the extra mile. My tankless water heater stopped working. Turns out there was a bird's nest (with eggs) in the exhaust pipe. They took extra care and even fashioned an alternate house for the nest out of extra PVC and hung it right below (AND then even made a little gate so she couldn't get back into the exhaust.) Fixed the water heater and saved a few little lives - not a bad days work. Nice job, guys!

I got a new hot water heater installed on 5/23/22. I have used them in the past and they did very good work. They responded the same day when I told them my hot water heater was out. The service person was very nice and polite. The next day I had to relight my pilot light. 3 days later I had to relight it again. It continued to be a problem. After some miscommunication with my phone number and me sending an email. They came and fixed the problem. The service technician even took the time to explain what he fixed and reminded me that it came with a warranty and that nothing brand new should have that many problems.
